Charles started Watzan after selling his previous firm, Sequence, to R. R. Donnelly. Before that he was a partner at BG Media Investors. During this period, he served as CEO for portfolio companies MedReviews and HMP Communications.

Prior to entering the media world, Charles was a derivatives trader at RBC Capital Markets.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Dalhousie University.

Rhonda joined Watzan after a successful career in investor relations.

Most recently, Rhonda was the founder and co-president of Rx Communications Group.

Prior to that, Rhonda served as an SVP at Dew Rogerson.

Rhonda began her career at the American Stock Exchange.

Evan joined Watzan after stints working in the ag-tech, defense, and civil engineering sectors.

Evan holds an MA, MBA, and BEng from Dalhousie University alongside a BA from King’s College and an MTS from Wycliffe College at the University of Toronto.

Hilary Joined Watzan in 2020 and is responsible for all the effective carrying out of all program details.

Hilary is a proud graduate of Saint Mary’s University.

Emily is Watzan’s media guru. She handles all matters related to data collection, reporting, and analysis across corporate functions.

Emily holds a BSc in Chemistry from Dalhousie University.

Anna joined Watzan after working at an ophthalmic clinic. She handles all matters pertaining to corporate intelligence and strategy.

Anna holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a BASc from St. Francis Xavier University.
